PREPARING FOR A VISIT TO THE REVOLVER TATTOO ROOMS?
HERE ARE SOME SUGGESTIONS TO HELP MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT A MORE COMFORTABLE AND ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE...
Make sure you eat a few hours before your appointment. Some people get light-headed or faint if they have NOT eaten before getting a tattoo.
Make sure to drink plenty of water the day before and the day of your application appointment.
Give yourself enough time for your appointment plus some. Feeling rushed tends to add any anxiety you may already have. Cancel everything, sit back and enjoy the experience with a clear head.
Wear clothing that can be easily removed from the part of the body to be tattooed. For example, you might want to wear sweat pants for a lower back tattoo, or, ladies might want to wear a strappy top if having a shoulder tattoo or top arm decorated.
Wear clothing that you don't mind getting ink on. Tattoo ink tends to stain and can splatter from time to time. So don't wear your best clothes.
DO NOT drink alcoholic beverages or take blood-thinning medications as both will thin your blood and make you bleed more while getting the tattoo. Increased bleeding interferes with the tattooing process by possibly causing loss of ink. Also we WILL NOT tattoo anyone we believe to be under the influence of alcohol.
If you desire, bring your favourite CDs to listen to, or magazine to read (depending on what you are having done) as this can make the time go quicker and help you to relax.
If you don't look your age (you must be 18 or over) please bring valid photo ID with you. We won't tattoo anybody who we believe to be under the age of 18, no matter how much you protest. It's the law... and we have our principles.
